2025
In 2025, the company ramped up investment in production capacity and new material R&D, establishing state-of-the-art production lines for PET continuous fiber materials and steam-molded components. Its material processing technology and product quality achieved industry-leading standards, earning official performance certification from SAIC and enabling a dual-track growth strategy covering both traditional sound-absorbing materials and lightweight structural components.

In 2022, it began supplying components for the Huawei-Seres partnership, rounding out its presence among emerging EV manufacturers.
2020
By 2020, it had become a designated supplier of sound-absorbing materials for Tesla, positioning itself in the new energy vehicle sector;
2019
In 2019, it successfully entered the SAIC-GM supply chain, broadening its client base among joint-venture automakers.
2018
Following a strategic expansion in 2018, the company purchased its own facility and relocated from Kunshan to Rugao, Nantong, formally establishing the Jiangsu Haokai entity to further deepen its partnership with SAIC.

Our Product
The company's core products are categorized into five major series, covering the full spectrum of automotive acoustic interior components and lightweight structural parts.
The first category consists of bicomponent sound-absorbing cotton, which meets the standards of automakers such as Tesla, GM, and Geely, offering excellent broadband sound absorption.

The second category includes ultrafine PET sound-absorbing cotton and PET soft/hard felts for engine dash panels, widely used for sound insulation in vehicle pillars, dash panels, and tool compartments.

The third category comprises PU foam-encapsulated products, including interior foam components such as center armrests, door armrests, and fender baffle blocks.

The fourth category features PET continuous fiber felt, a proprietary lightweight base material produced in-house.

The fifth category consists of PET compression-molded structural parts, including under-engine shields, wheel arch deflectors, and other underbody protection components.

All products can be customized in terms of basis weight, thickness, and acoustic performance ratings to meet OEM technical specifications; they support processes such as die-cutting, encapsulation, and integrated steam-molding, thereby satisfying the sound insulation and lightweighting requirements for both internal combustion engine vehicles and new energy vehicles.
Product Application
The products are fully adapted to the interior and exterior sound insulation and lightweight structure scenarios of all passenger car models.
Acoustic materials are widely used in instrument panels, ABC pillars, tailgates, cowls, toolboxes, trunks and other interior soundproof parts;
PU foam parts are used in door armrests, center armrests, and body block interiors;
PET continuous fiber molded parts are mainly used in engine underguards, wheel cover linings, and chassis diversion protection parts.
Customers include mainstream independent, joint venture, and new energy OEMs. It supplies Tesla Model 3/Y, Huawei Cyrus SF series, all SAIC models, GM GL8, Volkswagen, BYD, Geely, Ideal and other more than 15 OEMs, and has launched more than 100 mass-produced models. The product takes into account the noise reduction needs of fuel vehicles and the stringent standards of new energy lightweight, low VOC, and aging resistance, and is suitable for chassis and interior assembly of various passenger cars such as household SUVs, sedans, and MPVs.
Our Certificate
The company possesses full regulatory qualifications for automotive component manufacturing, notably holding the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certification (issued by NQA) for the entire production process of sound-absorbing cotton and PU foam components-a key credential for entering the supply chains of mainstream OEMs. It has secured environmental impact assessment approval from the Rugao Administrative Approval Bureau for its automotive sound-absorbing cotton production project, ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations.
Its PET continuous-fiber underbody shield material has passed authoritative third-party testing by Dingzhen, meeting standards across more than ten performance categories-including tensile strength, flexural strength, aging resistance, gravel impact resistance, and chemical resistance-and has received official material performance approval from SAIC.
All sound-absorbing cotton products have passed specialized OEM tests covering flame retardancy, odor, VOC emissions, fogging, mold resistance, and high/low-temperature aging; all metrics meet the corporate standards of automakers such as Tesla, GM, Volkswagen, and Geely, and the company holds comprehensive third-party test reports to substantiate its supply qualifications.
