The site is organized into standardized production workshops, raw material storage, finished product inspection zones, and mold processing areas, all equipped with large-scale molding machinery, automated non-woven fabric production lines, and specialized testing laboratories. The facilities feature modern steel-structure buildings with spacious layouts suitable for large-scale integrated production lines, incorporating dedicated zones for sound-absorbing cotton raw material production, foam molding, PET continuous fiber molding, and precision die-cutting.
Fully equipped with comprehensive environmental protection facilities and holding the necessary environmental impact assessment approvals for automotive component manufacturing, the plant meets industry standards for clean production. It is capable of executing the entire workflow-from raw material spinning and molding to die-cutting and testing-and possesses the capacity for the simultaneous delivery of high-volume, diverse product ranges.

Our Product

 

The company's core products are categorized into five major series, covering the full spectrum of automotive acoustic interior components and lightweight structural parts.

 

The first category consists of bicomponent sound-absorbing cotton, which meets the standards of automakers such as Tesla, GM, and Geely, offering excellent broadband sound absorption.

The second category includes ultrafine PET sound-absorbing cotton and PET soft/hard felts for engine dash panels, widely used for sound insulation in vehicle pillars, dash panels, and tool compartments.

Product Application

 

The products are fully adapted to the interior and exterior sound insulation and lightweight structure scenarios of all passenger car models.

 

Acoustic materials are widely used in instrument panels, ABC pillars, tailgates, cowls, toolboxes, trunks and other interior soundproof parts;

PU foam parts are used in door armrests, center armrests, and body block interiors;

PET continuous fiber molded parts are mainly used in engine underguards, wheel cover linings, and chassis diversion protection parts.

All sound-absorbing cotton products have passed specialized OEM tests covering flame retardancy, odor, VOC emissions, fogging, mold resistance, and high/low-temperature aging; all metrics meet the corporate standards of automakers such as Tesla, GM, Volkswagen, and Geely, and the company holds comprehensive third-party test reports to substantiate its supply qualifications.
